Wheel Repair Question

My rear left wheel is in bad shape. I noticed it after I bought the car, it is not bent or cracked, it has many scratches on the polished lip and on the powder coated finish. The wheel is a 18" Sport Design Wheel.
My question is, do you guys recommend a refinish paint or I am better of buying a new wheel??
Do any of you know where I can repair the finish in Maryland???
Thanks
LRR

if there are no dents or cracks try this, have done it myself several times.
make sure you clean the wheel with alcohol or paint thinnner extremely well.

man, that is awesome. I wish I knew this when before I sold my car. I could've gotten more money with wheels like that. Thanks! :)

here are some pics that show the condition of the wheel.
I don't think I'll be able to do what Perfectlap suggests as these are not deep enough.
