Help! Clutch pedal waaay too stiff. Makes the car not fun.

I am pretty positive something has been wrong since I got her back in February 2006. Most of the times I thought it was me but I didnt believe I could be such a bad driver.

I drove my brothers TT and the clutch was phenomenal. I got a Cayman for a day when I gave my Box for service and wow what a clutch there. Smooth, easy to press and release and I never had a problem.

My box's pedal is so stiff that it makes me not to want to drive her. I have taken it to the stealership 3 times now and they always confirm my clutch is fine and the gear linkages good.

I dislike it, problem is I am sure its my car, because sometimes in the cold it gets better. At warm temperatures its just becomes a hassle. One day I was driving on the highway for about 1h and 15min 6th gear enganged all the way. I guess it got cold or something and after I started downshifting the changes and the pedel itself felt amazing.

One thing to notice - if anyone can help here -, yesterday I was analyzing the problem while I was driving and I ended up pressing the clutch pedal a bit but NOT enough to disengage the current gear. Just a little bit. I could feel a huge vibration coming all the way to my feet from within the pedal. It was TOO much and sometimes I feel this is related to my bad clutch pedal or bad clutch overal.

Help?
