ODD problem
 

I was uninstalling my cluster to replace a bulb in it. When i plugged it back in and started the car aup none of the needles on the on the rpms,speed, or engine temp. or fuel gauge they are like frozen in postion. The 3 lights which are digital are the the bottom are the mileage, speed, and clock . Also all the lights on the bottom turn on normally when i turn the car is on. Could this be a fuse that is not allowing the needles to move at all? Please some help.

My guess is that the electrical connectors are not seated properly. Try removing them and reattaching them - it might be the fix...
