I didn't take the wheels off of mine to do my bumper cover, and I don't have "tiny girl arms"...well, at least I don't think I do. :o

Just do it yourself, young lady. You can do it, no problem. Remember to lay a blanket on the floor in front of the car so that when you pull the bumper cover off you can lay it down without scratching it.

You can do this. You don't need anyone's help. It's just a bunch of screws. ;)
