Question Removing plastic door sill, how to?

Greetings,
I ordered some carbon fibre door sills for my S, and I am having the hardest time removing the factory plastic ones, with the "boxster S" insignia on them. Any insights? Thanks.

Bisi, try sliding tooth floss under sills to saw them off. This will remove the sills, and then you can rub off the adhesive with goo gone.

youre having problems because glue is pretty hardcore there.
get a blowdryer, and warm up the whole door sill for about 3 minutes or so to get the glue warm and lookse, slide some fishing line on one side, and slide trough the whole thing, and it shold come right off
