Theres a huge difference there. I love 911 wings and love them big (to an extent, that ruf one is over the top). I want a 911 with a cup wing. What your comparing is like putting a whale tail on a boxster. Different car designs and the boxster wasnt designed for big wings, the 911 was. And yes its denting the lid, look at the reflections in the pics.

No disagreement from here. The wing in the picture is on a factory delivered 2007 GT3 RS. I was shown the car at my local dealership and the buyer had been waiting for it for several years. My point is the 987 pictured is attempting to emulate the look. I agree it is real dumb looking and not appropriate for a Boxster. But to each his own. The Box in question looks pretty cool sans the wing!

Not only is the wing nice, but that is one of those Boxster S's with the "convertible roof." That should make it even more desirable. Good thing he pointed out that feature in the eBay listing...

In the words of Crocodile Dundee, "That's not a wing... THIS is a wing!"

That is a fine looking car, except for the wing. And evidently it isn't much of a performance mod because it bumps the 0-60 time up to 6.25 sec, if you read their specs.

I think that is a misprint. A wing like that should push the car to run 6.25 seconds in the quarter mile, not 0-60.
