$1200 O.B.O. for both as ECU is tuned for Throttle body. Also included is Technolab plenum or can be sold separately.

Probably not, as the 97 2.5 is throttle cable actuated and 2000+ are drive by wire/electrically actuated. For the 01S look at getting a 98+ 996 electric throttle body (part 99760511501).
