Porsche 986 Z-top for Boxster, $3,300

I bought this several years ago for my Boxster but never got it installed. Sold the Boxster so this needs to go as well.

This kit comes with everything needed: 2 fiberglass components, 3 pieces of glass, rubber moldings, adhesive, hinges and latch hook. Does not include the Porsche spin locks.

No offense, but what part of Kansas? I am in Denver, and western Kansas is not a bad drive. KC or Witchita makes it a two day affair.

Is that original or one of this AliExpress ones which are waste of time ?

The "original" company went bankrupt many years ago. The owner now is Z-ART which I believe makes all of the tops now for sale on Alliexpress, Ebay or anywhere else. As for a waste of time, Im curious why you would make that comment? How many have you owned? What problems did you have?

This is actually fact. I used to be in constant contact with both Andreas (Original Creator) and Jason (Guy that jacked him of his Patents when Andreas was doing crooked ****************). I was going to purchase from Jason even tho Andreas would tell me about inconsistencies in how Jasons fab guys would build the top. Saying the molds would shrink and the fitment is extremely poor. He would swear up and down to me on FB just to watch events unfold over time.... Now I look and see Jason has been scamming people out of money. Not sending tops after receiving funds.

Only person I'd buy one from is from someone like you, Private Party Sellers who actually have it in hand and Via a Secured payment source like PayPal. I wouldn't trust Either of the two dips.

Take my word for it. Andreas is the crook and a liar. He had me fooled too. He had me sold that he was the real maker and Jason was the crook until I , stupidity. vouched for him when 2 people asked me about him. He screwed them both. Got them to transfer money, I know dumb but hes a professional, to him and they never got anything. You talk about feeling like ****************. I emailed him about them and he wouldnt answer me. Talk about feeling bad. If you search the other forums he is a famous crook. I now know several people that have ordered from Jason and got their top. I called Andreas out on this forum and Facebook so he started threatening me until I posted links from the guys he screwed, then poof he disappeared again. Only order with PayPal so you can get the charges reversed. I bought mine from the former seller in Ohio.

Sorry to original poster, seller for this ad getting hijacked. Hes asking a fair price. Probably what he paid for it. I've see used ones bring $2000.
