CCFL Xenon headlights For sale
I have a set of Xenon headlights that I purchased from another forum member a couple of years ago. Built by Particlewave. The passenger side bulb is out. The halos are inoperative. Lower LED’s work. I sold my Boxster with the original halogens. No need to keep these, I have a Cayman now. Note: You will have to use your original headlight seals, which are not included in this sale. $600 plus shipping, or pick up in NY. Photos on request, for some reason I can’t upload them. Thanks, Mitch.

Wow thanks! I couldn’t find any pictures. These are the exact lights bought. I owe you!:)

What would it take to get the regular hi/lo beam operable on the passenger side?

You need to trim the base of H1 bulbs down a bit to fit into Fred's custom post. Takes about 5 minutes and not at all difficult. ;) Replace bulbs on both sides at the same time. I recommend starting with 5000k or 6000k color temp. |
Xenon headlights
Reduced to $500, or best reasonable offer. I’m cleaning out. I’ll take the losses what I paid. Thx. Mitch.

Hmm, tempting and I’d rather not see these go to the 996 crowd...
In addition to the question about getting the main bulb working again, what’s needed to get the halos operational again? Seems more likely a bad connection internally than the halo LEDs being burnt out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
These still available? If so let me know a time/date and best phone number for quick call?
Thanks!! |
Pm sent regarding availability.

Shipping to L.A. would be about $75 for each box USPS.

PM me if these are available. I'll buy them.

Sold. Thanks everyone!

I am the new owner of these lights, just unpacked them and have a problem I hope Particlewave (or any helpful forumite) can provide some insight to.
In the right headlight, the reflector assembly is completely loose from the headlight. How does it mount to the headlight? I'm assuming that if serviceable it will need the lens cover baked and removed again, and there's a chance it may not be serviceable? |
