Just to give you a price point on what the 3-spoke steering wheels go for, I recently bought a black one for my wife's 99 tip. Paid $400.

I recently (last week) sold a grey 3-spoke in excellent condition. It failed to meet the $500 reserve on Ebay, in 3 rounds of bidding.

$400 would seem reasonable. I sourced the Tiptronic three spoke ($100), and in great shape... and the airbag ~$150. I replaced my 4-spoke.
For sale: 4 spoke steering wheel with airbag. Great shape. $3,627.53 |
What a deal! And it only costs $917 new, retail...………..

With that being said, I have a black three spoke wheel with an airbag for a tip car if anyone is interested. I can send you pictures - $350.
