Are these for a 97-99 or 00-04? Include cats or bypass pipes?

It fits all years. If used on the 97-99 then it has the cat bypass. It also has the polished tip option. New it was $1500.

I didn’t feel like there was much difference from my maxflow system. Just has a better sound to it.
