WTB: turn signal socket
Finally tracked down my turn signal woes to a bad turn signal socket in the headlight. Halogen headlights. Anyone have one they're willing to part with?

I should have a few in my box o' headlight parts. I'll take a look tomorrow.

FYI for anyone with a similar problem. Here is the response I received from the Porsche dealer parts dept today:
"Good morning, It does not appear that the socket for your model is serviceable separately, unfortunately. It comes in conjunction with the headlamp from Porsche." |
I can't find any...
Search for "1156 bulb socket". Another user posted that they are a fit, though you have to cut off 2 of the 4 lock tabs. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1535141310.jpg |
Thanks for looking. I did order a generic socket. Can't be too hard to make it work.

I have a damaged headlight i use for parts that has a good one if you want it.
