WTB: 1 Hankook R-S3 225/45/17

Looking for 1/2 tread or more (anywhere above the wear bars is ok)

I'm finishing out my last set and if I could get a replacement I could go a few more weekends, my backs are practically new still.

Anybody got an extra one laying around?

Hey Steve are you changing to something else once the rears are gone? If you're going with RS4 next having a fresh set on the front while you work your RS3s on the back is not bad. I had that for a while and it was fine, the new RS4 version is different in tread patter mostly, you won't feel like you're running different tires front and rear.

But then again I drive mine on the street in a spirited way. Maybe on track the difference would be more obvious. :D

I will go to RS4 when these are done, if I can't find a spare I might see if somebody can use mine to finish out their set.

My one tire has only a single chunk, I wonder if it was from hitting curbs? If it was just from sliding I would expect to see it all around.
