Steering Knuckle Tie Rod Insert
 
This is a long shot but does anyone have the insert that fits into the steering knuckle where the outer tie rod is inserted? I am replacing outer tie rods on my box and when I popped out the tie rod the insert came out of the steering knuckle and I have tried everything and can not remove it.
