WTB: RS rear deck lid badge in Silver
 

Looking for a rear badge for my 2000 Boxster S. Since I put a 3.4 L engine out of a 911 into it, I think it would qualify for the "RS" badge instead of a typical "S" badge. A quick check of eBay and Amazon show only RS America badges for $1000 in silver. My car is black, so only silver will work. Unless some of you have spray painted a plastic badge before. Does it work OK? I see ECS has a black RS badge for around $30. Maybe aI can rough it up and get some silver metallic to adhere to it.
