Mike,
These are for Manual 986's only.

Elliot986/636 03-27-2015 12:45 AM

what size engine?

Stroked & Blown 03-27-2015 11:16 AM

Elliot,
These fit all 2.5, 2.7, and 3.2 986 (1997-2004 Boxsters) with manual transmission.
I believe they will also fit 3.4 & 3.6 motor swaps.

Interested, shipped to 34953.
What sort of HP increase are these worth on a 2.5, I'm a new Boxster owner.

I can't believe no one with a 97-99 hasn't jumped on these! My 2000 has O2 sensors in the headers, don't want to mess around with that (and already have secondaries deleted).

Doesn't the 2.5 have O2 sensors on the secondaries? So you could pop these in no problem?

EJ-Fresno 04-02-2015 05:21 PM

No way they can be mounted on a Tiptronic transmission?

These DO have O2 sensor bungs in the headers, just ahead of the collector flange.
Block-off hardware is also included for cars that don't require them.

There may be a way, but these were designed for a Manual.
I believe there are transmission case & fluid hose clearance issues on a Tip.
