Parting out 1999 Boxster, 2.5l 5spd, 89k miles
Parting out a 1999 Boxster, 2.5l with 5spd. 89k actual miles and it runs great. Right rear suspension is still intact, but the rest of the suspension as well as the left side sheet metal and both bumper covers are junk. Hood COULD be used but the fire dept. didn't do it any favors. Right fender, right headlight, right door, right quarter, rear deck lid, convertible top (plastic rear window), motor, trans, and the interior parts are all nice. If you need anything, let me know. This is my first foray into parting out Porsches, but my shop has parted out tons of Mazdas, Toyotas, and motorcycles. I'll be listing stuff on ebay as well. You can see video of it running at 20140926 1502431 - YouTube
http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1411765860.jpg I'll add more prices as I go. Prices do NOT include shipping tan interior (seats, door cards, dash pad, carpet) - $750 cdr220 radio WITH code - $200 passenger headlight assembly xenon, nice - $750 right door shell - $150 right fender - $125 deck lid - $100 4 spoke steering wheel with airbag - $200 right hand radiator/cond assembly - $200 tail lights - $30 each engine and trans assembly - $2450 brake rotors and calipers (non S) - $500 for all convertible top assembly (vinyl rear) with frame - $600 |

will any of the following fit my 2002 Boxster S?? Radio head case rear center wind deflector cover Lower plastic molding for front windshield Seats Heated seat switches Thanks! |
How much for clamshell/
What radio does it have? |
Any carbon fiber interior pieces?
|
djpepe: radio head cage (no electronics) - $50, rear center glass deflector - $100, cowl cover - $50, tan power seats (not heated) - $350. Prices don't include shipping.
1rooster: $100 for the clamshell, it has the cdr 220 radio. Shipping not included. RedTele58: no carbon fiber on it. |
How are the headlights? Driver side seems a little weird to me, can you confirm?
If they are fine, how much for the set ? Thx :) |
herve g: driver's side is definitely no good, but the pass. side is nice. Do you want just the light or do you want it complete with the ballast and bulb? Thinking like $750 INCLUDING shipping for a complete assembly.

I'll be adding parts and prices to the original post daily.
|
I need the wind deflectors.Let me know please
|
arm rest cover
or more center console cover, mine is tan savannah...the ashole that broke in my car tore mine up getting into it
|
Todds99: driver's side and center wind deflectors are nice, but the pass. side is broken. I am assuming you don't need the center, so figure $70 including shipping on the driver's side.
|
PDwight: send me your email address and I'll send you a couple of pics of the center console lid.
|
Do you have pictures of the seat please?
Thanks. |
EJ-fresno: message me your email address and I'll send some pics to you.
|
Do you know if it is Ocean Blue Metallic? Do you have this part (#16 in the diagram)?
What color is the interior? Thanks! |
The rear bumper cover?
|
rick3000: yes it is ocean blue, but both of my pieces have chips in them. Interior is tan. The pass. seat is perfect, but the driver's seat shows some wear. Dash pad and door cards are nice.
NewArt: left side of rear cover is scuffed pretty hard. If you were decent with plastic repair, it is repairable, but you can probably do better. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...10_0804171.jpg |
