FS: 996 manual instrument cluster/ dash clocks for 986 Conversion- UK

Hi All,

I have a set of the seemingly rarer to find 996 manual clocks for sale that I bought to do a clock conversion in my 2002 986S. This is a well documented mod where you replace the oil sender unit, run an extra wire through to the dash and then install these clocks. It gives you the extra battery and oil dials and looks great.

Part number 996 641 984 97 70C, these are the later version with the green, blue, grey connectors on the back. Double check which version you have on your Boxster.

I have had a change of plans now and am sticking with standard so thought I would offer them up for sale on here.

Both stalks have snapped off and need replacing. It is an easy job and the stalks cost £30 off eBay and there is a step by step video advising how to do it. The buttons are included.

I paid £150 for these as they are which was a bargain from Porsche Heaven I think it was. Most similar ones seem to fetch a lot more but they knocked a little off to allow for the stalks.

I am looking to get back what I paid but will offer them slightly cheaper on here to fellow 996forum members so I am looking for £140 all in and posted.

Thanks

Hi, I am happy to get a quote on postage for you and see what difference the extra is. The postage here would have been about £7 via courier which I didn’t mind covering. If you don’t mind paying some towards the extra cost I am sure we could sort something out. Message me your address details and I can get a quote for you?

Thanks
