For Sale: 986 Carbon Hood
Selling the carbon hood from my 986S. It fit fine, and the lock was great. Never installed hoodpins or anything, didnt need to.
I would call it 7/10, it could use a wet sand and some clear, but it looks great to me. I'd like to see $200obo. I dont know how shipping would go, but Im not against trying to figure it out, at the cost of the buyer of course. If purchased in the Phoenix Area, I can deliver it. Call, text or email anytime. 480-619-3288 Erik On to the pictures, and I can answer any questions, should there be any. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../image5-1.jpeg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../image2-3.jpeg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../image3-2.jpeg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../image4-1.jpeg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../image6-2.jpeg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...52131409_n.jpg |
How's the wt as compared to oem?
|
Weight wise, its lighter than OEM, and you can tell when you take the OEM off, and put this one on. Its not feather light by any means, but it does its job.

Just saw this hood in person! The dings on the edges are barely noticeable in real life. Too bad it doesn't go well with black :( this is a steal!!!

as he mentioned, the pictures of the chips are taken from very close, so they appear to be bigger than they are. Figured it was best to still include them. |
