WTB: Pair of 18" rear tires OEM size

I have a nail in each rear tire at 7000 miles. Does anyone have tires they took off for sale? I would want a set that were mounted together. I need about 3000 miles left on the tires. I just want to get through housebuilding before I buy new ones.
