Looking for a center console for a 986. Will take just about any color but would prefer black white or silver.

I've got a black one with the dark blue leather armrest. The armrest hinge was repaired before but is working now. Any good to you?

yeah i still have my black leather armrest cover that i could switch out with it. do you know how hard it is to switch out?

sadly my console was fine till i made the d.a. decision to paint and heat it and then the plastic warped and did not fit anymore.

I know these are not OEM Porsche..but..you can buy a replacement new console here for $56 (Unless it's a typo on their website?)

At that price, it would be worth getting one to do custom paint on. I wonder if it has the rubberized coating on it?

That's what I'm planning on doing to mine if I decide to purchase that one

the ecs center console doesn't show up for the 2000 boxster, just the 1998 models. do you think it will still fit?

looked up the part number and found other websites with similar pricing on the exact same part, so it must not be a typo
