why the engine is available, documentation available on maintenance history, condition of engine, warranty????

It is in excellent condition, the psi everything was checked. Basically I bought this engine to restored my Porsche ( old engine caught on fire) but I decided to part it out because the wire harness was burnt on it also and it cost to much.
