There was a guy on ebay that used to have them listed pretty often. And the great thing about them was that they included the plugs so you only had to get one set of wires from the VW dealer to connect to the back of the dash. I think he listed them as “column switches”. Look around ebay and see if you can find them. I think I paid around $100 for my set.
I would also recommend that if you are just installing the OBC stalk, don’t worry about removing the steering wheel. Just remove the OBC stalk from the new set and screw it into place on the existing set of switches.
