Rattling wheels/will rear bumber fit?

H Everyone,

I have a 2001 boxster S.

I wonder if you can help. I have a rattling that comes from all wheels when going over bumpy road. It sometimes goes away when it is wet, it does not seem to affect handling at all, it really sounds like the wheels bouncing on cobbles!

Second, a bit simpler, will a 2002 rear bumper fit a 2001 car?
