FS fresh 2.7 engine

I have a 2.7 04 boxster engine available. It has 28,000 miles and is still under warranty.
It is currently in my 2001 boxster, it was a dealer replaced engine. It runs very smooth.
The only reason I am considering selling it is I plan to do a 3.8 engine swap.
