hey I'm wondering where your location would be. I just purchased the h&r springs but this seems like a better option. Thanks

can these take the place of springs?

Im a technical luddite, so forgive my ignorance (Im trying to learn more!). If I was going to buy springs to lower the ride 1", could these be used instead? Id rahter pay a little bit more and get a nice upgrade for a reasonable cost

Yes, these will improve handling, reduce body roll and offer complete ride height adjustablity.
