Iron X works!

Never used this stuff before, but thought I would try it on my white box. Washed day before, and the visual on the white is telling. But it was a different shade of white after rinsing.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...cb270c0fbe.jpg

I have used it before, it works well especially on white cars where you can really see it in action. It's literally dissolving the ferrous metal imbedded in the paint, hence the color change. Just make sure you rinse really well after using it. I try to avoid using such this or a clay bar more than 1-2 times a year, it's too aggressive to use regularly in my opinion.

Highly recommend this type of product.
Metallic whites really pop after surface contamination has been removed.
I’ve used an equivalent product, Sonax Fallout Remover on the white vehicles in our family fleet for several years now.

I've spent the last 4 days working on the 2007 Escape Hybid that has lived parked outside on the curb in San Francisco all it's life (practice for detailing my 2003 boxster next week).
Did a decontamination wash .. then Optimum Ferris (similar) then hours and hours and hours of claying ..
yes what a difference .. just put on 1st coat of Jescar Powerlock this morning.
My only regret is that I was afraid to use a DA Polisher .. well after all the work I can see and feel both the difference and the areas that really need much more work.
So I'm biting the bullit and getting a Griots G9 .. and will practice on the Escape .. the boxster has swirls and swirls and swirls .. and I have time time time ..
