Untrue.
That's just silly.
Again, it's a compromise, far from an ideal solution. But properly applied, the product creates a condition that is an improvement over the original untreated chips. As I said, it's no miracle, but it's certainly better than nothing.

Not true at all in my experience. I've had very good success and durability with my Dr. Colorchip touch ups.
