What I'm talking about.
After repeated scrubbing w/various products still that had that type niggling trace, which is why I thought it needed resurfacing or repainting.
Sonax removed it.
Problem solved.

Ok, thanks! I'll gave Sonax a try. BTW, I just went out and gave the trouble spots a mild wipe with Maquiars compound. Seems to work pretty well. When I have time I may go back more thorougly.

If you are searching for perfection, you need to fix your centre caps! :-) They aren't concourse ready like that.

Haha......"in search of perfection" was a tad tongue in cheek. I'll not be entering any concourse events soon. I just want fairly clean wheels. And I'll not be spending a few hundred dollars on new center caps!

Although I did spend $17 on black valve stem covers with colored crests! And one of the crests fell off on the first day (not good, Suncoast).
