The video we're seeing is coming from inside a Miata. There's a Boxster getting lined up for a pass by said Miata driver, with maybe a 1.5 car width between them...oh yeah, and there's also rain. So keep all of this in mind as you approach the 30-second mark. The sound is bizarre!
