A couple of laps ...

... at Homestead-Miami Speedway (Road Course).
It was a lot of fun.
Enjoy.

"Full Wet" tires on this day?? That was a lot of water on the track. Looked like fun.

They're more like intermediates.
They had been shaved initially and then were used in the dry for a couple of events.
This is what they looked like at the beginning of the day.

It was a LOT of fun.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

When water is running across the road, which is rare here in Calif., I leave the stickies home and just wear street tires. Not as much ultimate grip in the damp sections but fewer surprises through standing/running water. It's good to get in a rain day every now and then. Natures car control clinic.

Right before the session I though about replacing the stickies with the streets, but the rain came about 5 minutes before the day's last session and I would have lost half the session.
Anyway it was fun and I tested the threshold of the Victoracers in the wet.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro
