Porsche GT3 RS vs Porsche 997 Turbo

Porsche GT3 RS vs Porsche 997 Turbo is there really this much difference in these two cars acceleration?

the turbo has a lot more hp. I think its 480 and then it can have 10 seconds of overboost which puts it over 500. The RS has 415hp but a few hundred lbs less weight to move. Straight line turbo would win without a doubt but around a track the RS would smoke it.

Turbo has more torque, it pulls harder on high speed since the extra weight makes less difference.
