retract/cancel post
 

Hi, I posted a message today and after rechecking the readings I was incorrect and the post is a waste of readers good time, trying to head it off before it gets to moderator, please and thanks

Why not login, re-open said thread, click 'edit' on post(s) you authored and delete content. Replace with enough characters (10 I think?) so it will save.

Don't recall being able to change header/subject but you can surely delete all content YOU authored pretty much forever - even if you didn't start thread. Just tried it w a post of mine from 2022 and worked just fine.
