Imagine A Fuchs Wheel Photo Negative

Time to mount the winter wheels & tires on the Boxster (a 2000 S). Dang, after all these years the stock wheels are looking a bit shabby. The high parts of the 'spokes' are all scratched and scuffed.
I have plenty of projects that I'm neglecting, so don't want to start a Porsche wheel repaint project. Looking through the forum for ideas I found a project which used Plasti-dip: https://986forum.com/forums/500633-post11.html This gave me some inspiration to cut out some 3M Wrap Film stickers and apply over the worn spots . Definitely less work, hopefully it will last the winter. |
