Just picked up an 04 S

It was Black Friday so I got a black P. It's my first P. Now I understand the permagrin...

I looked at a bunch, drove several, this one was in such good condition I couldn't pass it up. 42k, Bose, PSM, 18" Carreras.

Now does anyone know of a GPS with a 'only take back roads with multiple 's' turns and minimal stop signs" option?

Congrats and welcome! There actually is an app for that, take a look at "GTS Routes" in the App Store. Enjoy your new ride

Epic!

I am new to the Porsche world, as well.

I bought my 2004 S "50 years of 550 Spyder Edition" earlier this year.

After 22 years of Miata ownership, I "get it" now.

You picked a good one. I love that option package.

Beautiful car and color combo - congrats and drive her in good health!

Nice bonus in being prepared for DE/Track w/ BK roller extension too.

Good luck

Frank, it looks like someone bolted on an aftermarket rollbar on your car. Was it tracked?

Not sure if it has been tracked, but it will be next summer.

In the meantime, I just drive it likes it stolen....

On these cars as long as maintenance was kept up with the roll bar indicating heavy track use should be good news.

On the 997 I looked at where the guy used it mostly on the track and put Recaro seats in it, stay away!
