Who did your paint? Worth keeping track in case...

Chantilly autobody and paint. But any good paint place can do the paint, as long as you have the color code for the car.

You are absolutely right. if you attach it to the battery directly it will come on all the time. If you're up to it however, you can pass it through the firewall and into your dash and use a switch to control it. Several of my friends have done it and it works great.

That's why I just tap the parking side markers and use the oem light controls, didn't want another switch in the car and make another hole in the dash to secure it. All the same to me either way. thanks

Thanks and good luck on the LEDs. They look cool but here's a tip, you dont have to remove the front bumper to put them on, but you will need to make a small hole to run the wires into the rubber molded air openings on both sides of the grille as they are tightly fit and sealed off. when you peek a look, you will see what I mean. That rubber can be punctured to get the wire thru. You can get the DRL wiring harness kit that connects to the battery or do as I did and tap the side markers.
Its not hard, take your time, solder correctly and it will work like a charm.
