Carrera lights with 295 MPSC rears

My new autocross setup. 225/40-18 front and 295/30-18 rear MPSCs on Carrera Lights.
Added 23mm H&R spacers to the rear. There's a good amount of clearance at the shock tower, but they stick out a little. The car is stock height non-M030.
I set the H&R rear bar on full stiff to help pivot with those 295s on.
Will go with a slightly narrower in the rear when I burn through these.

I'm surprised that you were able to fit 295''s on the rear. But then again, you're at stock ride height . :) If you lower the vehicle some, I think you'll have a clearance problem. Anyway, best of luck - tear up the track !

Too wide....

It turns out they are too wide for track use.
Tore up the left rear shoulder on Turn 3 at NHMS:

Full compression on the track will do that to too wide tires. At least u can get away with the wider look on the street.

Love the arena red btw, don't see those too often.

That sucks. Those are expensive tires. Can you roll the fender lip? Will that help?
