I never found mine to be twitchy except in certain load transfer situations *after* I put the Quaife on. It was *never* twitchy as a track car, that behavior was more of a low-speed (autox) phenomenon. Road courses are a lot smoother than parking lots, and the problem only occurred when I was turning hard under full power and went over a bump, partially unweighting the inside rear. Both times the diff put lots more power to the outside rear than the inside rear, and I was instantly backwards. But both times were at autocrosses ... never saw this on the track.

Hmm. I'd call my MR2 twitchy, even with a ton of camber, and it's got a much longer wheelbase than yours.
