very tastefully done Sir. Its pretty hard to customize a Boxster without making it look funky and out of place.

BlackBox
Lots of people complimented my car for being so clean and looking new before I did this.
I washed it last weekend and decided to use "Turtle Wax Black Box" made specifically for black cars and ironically named after our cars. $18-20 from Autozone. So right after I washed and dried the car, I started applying the wax. This is the first time I wax my car. The results were amazing. You can clearly see the difference in the picture. It got rid of all of the tiny surface paint scratches made over the years from car wash brushes and bad towels and car covers. LEFT SIDE: Before Black Box. RIGHT SIDE: After Black Box. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8006/7...a0a4cd14_c.jpg |
agreed. i've used black box before. while no substitute for the many hours-long process that a lot of board members enjoy, it does make a world of difference. doesn't get rid of the swirl marks, but it does lighten them up a lot and produces a nice pretty nice shine.

Another entry for the Black Boxster page. 1998 Base. I believe it is a "special' sport touring edition based on the equipment and data gathered via this forum. Looking sharp and fresh after a Black Box wax treatment. |

Just finished installing the M030 suspension package, Tarett Engineering adjustable drop links and Carrera Classics in 19" shod with Michelin Pilot Sports PS2s. Nice sunny day for a drive. :)
