Back from Body Shop Today
I am really pleased with the results, although keep in mind my car is still in progress...some of you may see the beautiful rear window with the "cracked/silicone/packing tape" look :barf:
I just need to bring it back for a few minor gap issues (installer really had a hard time with some of the aftermarket fiberglass stuff). As some members here have stated, it may be wise to buy oem, as I would have done if I had the wits to check here first. Enjoy...http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1326529522.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1326529569.jpghttp://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1326529638.jpg |

Looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW Kevin, that turned out SWEET! Great job on the body kit selection. It totally now has the looks to match its track power! Where did you get the kit from? It has a more meaner lines to it than mine. I like it a lot!
Don't worry about the rear window... With the winter (or lack there of) we've been having here on the sf bay/sacto area, you can easily take some drives with the top down and nobody is none the wiser! Excellent job. Really nice looking. One of my top favorites here. Cheers Mark |
Nice ! The only thing left would be to paint the wheels black or gunmetal .
|
Wow, nice! Looks almost like my twin brother!
|
Which kit did you get and what shop help paint and install?
Thanks |
Thanks for all the compliments. I got a lot of the inspiration from the forum, so I owe a lot to you guys.

Looks great. I look forward to doing something similar to mine too.
Any thoughts on adding the top vent to bumper for the full GT3 look? |
Looks good. Do you have different wheels on the fronts than the rears?

I am in the midst of replacing the return line to the power steering, as I have a major leak and grinding at turning. Then, the rear plastic window. Then the caliper painting. |
