Picked up a 2000 Porsche Boxster S Hardtop

Hello all! Recently, as of about a week ago, I picked up a 2000 Porsche Boxster S with 44k miles on it. It's a 2 owner, Guards Red, and almost every option. I am only beginning to get used to such a great car, and I intend to learn as much as possible from this and other Porsche related online forums.

I should also add that if there are any people interested, the hardtop is for sale.

Welcome to the Forum, Sean. Beautiful car!

You shouldn't have problems selling the hardtop. If you don't get responses from this post you should place one in the "Boxster Parts For Sale or Wanted" section.

Best of luck,

ddb

Sean, welcome to the 2000 'S' Guards Red Boxster group!! You'll really enjoy it. Is this your first P O R S C H E? A blast to drive and fun to work on. Post some interior pics sometime.

Thank all of you for the nice words, would 2200 be a bad asking price for the top?

Also now that I look, your bumper is certainly different than mine, I hadn't seen another one around to compare too but I thought it was a little different, anybody have some input on what it may be?

Thanks! Still trying to find out what front bumper is on it. Also learned that the spoiler isn't factory, it's a rsb motorsports piece, which is nice, but they don't list prices on their site, so I'm not sure what it's worth or if it's a quality piece.

Are you sure that rear spoiler isn't part of the stock aerokit package? The front bumper and skirts look like factory aerokit.

The front bumper and side skirts are part of the aero kit I factory option .

Thanks guys! I only noticed the rear spoiler was on rsp motorsports website as a product of theirs, must be a replica of the OEM piece. Kinda makes me wonder what else I don't know is on there. Is the factory aero kit expensive or extraordinarily rare?

if you're going to drive in the winter, you should reconsider selling that hard top...
