New to the Forums, new Boxster S (for me)
 

Thought I'd jump in and introduce myself and my car. After owning an S2000 for nearly 7 years, it was recently totaled in a hit and run accident.

After looking at tons of options I figured a 987 Boxster S was the best car for my needs (well I really wanted a 997 S, but those are still more than I am comfortable paying).

Below are a couple of pictures, 2005 987 S, factory short shift, PASM, Chrono, Bose, Carerra 19's, Adaptive Sport seats, and jusr under 14K miles when I picked it up. The car is like new, original owner claims it's never even been in the rain, and I believe him. My first drive to work in it, and I knew I'd made the right choice, and the S2000 won't be missed as much as I thought it would now.

Very nice! Congrats on the upgrade. Time to put the miles on it that the previous owner missed! :)
