Picked this up running for $3500, needs paint and a stronger powerplant!

As you can see it has stuttgart paint issues

What an awsome deal....where did you find it!

Scbrindley 10-20-2009 08:28 PM

I was offered more than that for my '93 Acura Legend about 2 years ago....what a steal you found! Looking forward to some updates.

What paint issue are you speaking of? I can only spot the chip on the fender.

Should go all the way with a 3.8L or Jake's turbo build... :)

Great start. Keep us posted with your progress and post lots of pix please! :)

Or a 3.8 big bore, stroker AND a Turbo??

GTA_G20 10-23-2009 03:37 PM

Its a tiptronic so turbo may not be the way to go as I'm a manual driver but couldn't resist the price! 3.4 Seems like the best bank for buck mod

The paint issues are on the a pillar all around the windshield and the clam shell. Took it to a local bodyshop and they said its faulty primer. Probably the stuttgart watered down paint....
