Interior and 996 instruments in boxster 986

Freely after the motto "of beauties live" I have reshaped the interior in mine boxster something else and beside the A-column disguising in black nubuk leather, ignition lock rosette was used in leather coach voucher coinage, to defroster screens in leather with duplicate ornamental seam in silver-grey also 996 combination instruments.

Because I like the finer design from orig. Boxster instrument hood, the front frame was cut out in such a way, so that 996 instrument fits perfectly. The frame in black Nubukleather covered, the hood even in Porsche-nappa leather with duplicate ornamental seam in silver-grey.

What concerns the creation of the gauce faces, I also placed again on orig. Boxster-Design, gauce faces in silver, symbols "hides" and as an I dot the estate front frame of the Carrera GT (here are explained the inside case by the revolution counter and the outside rings in silver), as a Gimmik the polished high-grade steel-instrument rings still came on top.

How I find, nevertheless, the whole has succeeded very much.

Greetings
Frank

I love the 911 gauges and wish I had that set-up. I have saved the DIY...maybe some day!

Very nice custom touches. I noticed the Boxster font on the Carrera gauges. Very nice.
