I have the same side skirts and was wondering if I should put them on my car.

I don't have the front or rear and would like to see how it flows.
Can you try and get a side view picture of your car?
It'll help me out a lot.

Thanks either way.

I'll try and get a picture for you soon. I think they look great even without the gt3 bumper, although I have been looking for one for months. It's debatable whether they look good with 17's. I recently bought some 18" rims and think the car looks great now. I would go ahead and install them. My only suggestion would be to make sure they are aligned well with the line. My shop didn't do a great job with that.

That is the castle on top of white face mountain. We did a group drive up there a number of years ago. There were around 20 boxsters zipping up the mountain.

Car wash day!

I think posting these pics in general discussion wasn't the way to go . . .

Can anybody detect what's odd about the Carrera?

I'm not sure that you can. I think that if the car is delivered with a soft top, it won't have the necessary fittings to accommodate a hard top. But I'm not sure on that, you should start a thread over in General discussion (everybody hangs out there) and see what they say. Maybe there's a third party mod for that.

Hard top

Easy to do. Just need to add the spinlocks to your car (about $80 fro parts) and then find a hard top.

I have purchased two of them off eBay, I had to have them painted to match my car, but both were very reasonable and one actually near where I live, I drove out put it on and drove home. Seriously, it's amazing the Porsche stuff on eBay, even by Part Number.

All you need to do is get the spin locks to lock them in place.
Maybe the "seller" already have them for you.
