Something You've Never Seen Before ...

I don't know about you, but I don't think I have ever seen any other Boxster that looked like this:

I know it's a bit late in the year to post snow pictures, but I just took this over the weekend and thought you guys might enjoy seeing it. I prepared my Boxster for the winter with four snow tires, rubber mats, the hardtop, the box, and the RTS. They have all worked great and will be coming off/out soon.

The box is actually a Thule Ascent 1100. It has worked great, I rigged up some tie downs, and managed to fit 3 pairs of skis comfortable and probably could get about 5-8 pairs in there. I pulled the Thule stickers off, and but the Porsche ones (thanks eBay!). Personally, I absolutely love the Porsche decals.

I guess this just goes to show that, Porsche's are the most versatile sports car around. What do you guy's think?

That is a cool Pix.

Out here we have a few guys who have the rack set up like you and have surfboards on top.

^ I only have one car, and when you want to get 20+ mpg, and look great, this does quite a good job!

THe box has built in clips that you lock from the inside, and they oddly enough are oval shaped and fit perfectly around the RTS.

Growing up the car magazines said how amazing Porsches are. Was I brainwashed? Somehow...I doubt it.

It is definitely practical! In my opinion Porsche's are the most practical sports cars made. You have two trunks that can fit your golf clubs, and with the RTS you can going skiing, surfing, biking, etc.
It can be an awesome convertible, it can be a truck (to an extent; with the RTS), and it can be a coupe (with a hardtop). In my opinion it is the most versatile, and all around best car made!
