how to down size photo

Tryed to add some photos of my car and it says they are to big the files how do you down size them ?

tinypic.com or tinypics.com something like that.

If you are using Windows, open it with Microsoft Office Picture Manager and then you can resize it, compress it, export it with a different format, etc. There should be a bar on the right with all these options.
