Finally pics of us autocrossing the boxster

Finally scored some pics of us autocrossing the boxster yesterday. We only run it six or seven times a year. I'm #8 and the wife is #118.

Nice! How did you do on the track? Did you get to go into 3rd gear?

CJ, It's just a small lot, not a track. Barely got to the top of second gear in our 99 5sp.
The lot is part of a police training center, you can see the lot, their skid pad and a small road course off to the left (and one of three gun ranges on the bottom).

I was very pleased and excited with my best run. With a time of 51.950 I was only 1.031 seconds behind one of our fastest guys in the club who drives a 04 Boxster S on r-comps! 16th overall out of 114 drivers. Top time of day, 45.889, went to a formula 500 car driven by our resident professional driver (2007 ALMS Lites champ).

Haha Nick! I have a lot more seat time, but she has far fewer bad habits to overcome. I am certain she will beat me one of these days, she was only four second behind me yesterday, which was 88th overall.
