Nope he said he was going 40 Miles Per Hour. I was standing still, behind a Ford Ranger. I was pushed into the Ranger and it slightly cracked my rear and bent my license plate.

Considering the amount of skid mark using a skid speed calculator.

believe it or not. Ripleys already called me :)

He may have been going 40 and hit the brakes and hit you at 10-15mph. There's no way he was moving at 40mph at the point of impact if you were standing still.

I can only tell you what I was told, you may use conjecture to figure it out.

It is in litigation so I am sticking to my story.

All I can say for sure is that they work!!!!

A direct hit at 40 mph would not only do major structural damage to a car...but potentially harms the passengers and the airbags would go off...good luck with the litigation....

i aint so sure... mickymouse may be correct, dony under estimate the boxster :)

when i crashed in my boxster at the beginning of the year i lost it at 75mph and smashed into a fence done about 4 360 spins and ended up in a field. My car was all dinted and scratched and it needed 2 new bumpers, the door was repaired as was the wing and under pannels, the front left headlight was replaced as was the corner lights.. i didnt have any real damage only surface.. and that was at 75mph pull bent into a heavy fence.. i didnt have time to apply any breaks it was to fast,
