18" Turbo II wheels

just purchaed a 986 S with 47K on the clock. first thing on my mind was how much I liked the Turbo II wheels. so put on Turbo II wheels - 18" with 8 J x 18 ET 50mm offset and 225/40 ZR 18 tires and 10 J x 18 ET 47mm with 265/35 ZR 18 offset . Attached some pictures....

got the wheels at http://www.wheeldynamics.net/ in LA. Carlos is the owner and a very nice guy to deal with. I would highly recommend it. wheels and tires $1500, gave me $400 credit for my 17" S wheels so $1,100 net cost.

Waiting for Cargraphic exhaust with 2 x 89mm tips and ECU tuning. will post pictures

Wheels

My car looks just as yours. I love those wheels. I wouldn't have it another way. I have white/red taillights though. Do you have any thoughts of changing yours?
I am a recent Porsche owner in practic, cause I've been one in my mind since I was I child. :dance:
Isn't these cars fantastic! I live in Stockholm, Sweden and spring is just knocking at the door. Soon it's summer and the top will be more down then up.

Just remeber one thing! Drive fast, smart and fast!

Really ! It must have been our "Water festival". Stockholm and Sweden is a great place to live. It's great contrasts between winter with snow and summer all sunny.

So... what will the exhaust alone do concerning power? I think it's gonna be my next thing to buy...

black boxster s. super sweet!

couple of small issues that i would address.

1. what is up with the M+S tires??? last i checked, this isn't a subaru

2. clear corner pieces on the amber headlights. a little odd.

The 2008 Boxster spy photos has all red tail lights. I am considering skipping the 2003 clear/red tail light look and going all red tail lights like in the 40th aniversary edition.

You have an amazing attention to detail! So here is the story. on the tires, trying to save $$$. on the clear corners with amber lights - I wasn't particularly a fan of the all amber but I thought the all clears made the car too bland and generic looking (and lots of $$$ for those clear assemblies too). I though the clear corners removes the overwhelming amber look but still leaves the amber Porsche front end. If I find a good deal on clear headlights I'll consider it.

Cool

@Swed

I'm originally from next door, Finland, but now in Las Vegas. You have a great looking Boxster.
